RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date.
Please note that the transport costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer!
The returned products must come with:

the returns form;

the bill;

We receive it together with the payment receipt.
The returned products must be very well packaged to avoid damage during transportation, otherwise the customer will bear the damage.
METHOD AND TIME OF REFUND
Each returned product will be checked by the technical department of VIDCOM IMPEX and the customer will be informed of the status.
We will refund you for the returned items in the same way you paid for them. However, if you prefer, you can also make an exchange for the same item.
For returns by courier, we will process your return within 14 working days once we receive it. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days for the return to be reflected in your account.
RETURNS FOR WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In this case, all costs will be borne by VIDCOM IMPEX EOOD.
