The Šukom VENT is a handcrafted combination pellet boiler that can be operated automatically with pellets or other granular biomass fuels (e.g. fruit kernels) as well as manually with logs, briquettes or coal.
This gives you flexibility and allows you to switch to your preferred fuel at any time – without any modifications.

Return Policy
At ENERGYHEAT, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, should you be dissatisfied with your product for any reason, we offer a return option in accordance with the following guidelines:
Return period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the product. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns.
Product condition: The product must be unused and undamaged to be eligible for a return. It should be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and labels.
Return procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department by phone or email. Our staff will be happy to assist you and explain the necessary steps for the return.
Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase price. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Please note that certain products may be excluded from returns due to their nature. This applies in particular to custom-made items, personalized products, or products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
