A robust, high-quality construction based on many years of experience in this field. Granular biomass is fired via a screw conveyor on the side of the boiler. The granular material is stored in the dosing hopper, below which the screw conveyor, via a rotating conveyor, collects the fuel and transports it to the fluidized bed chamber. The volume of the dosing hopper is tailored to the boiler's daily needs. The hopper can be positioned on the left or right. The combustion box, including the dosing unit, is removable. Granular biomass is ignited fully automatically via an electric fire igniter. For the combustion of granular material, only artificial air is used, provided by the primary and flue gas fans, which are selected to provide a sufficient amount of air for combustion and fluidization. The air introduced into the fluidized bed chamber is divided into primary and secondary air, while a portion of the air is also fed into the screw conveyor to prevent the flame from the combustion zone from recirculating into the dosing hopper. The combustion of solid fuel (logs, briquettes, coal) takes place in the front part of the combustion chamber and is controlled by the combustion regulator, which moves the damper on the lower door and thus regulates the amount of combustion air. In this case, only the flue gas fan runs, while the primary air fan is off. By installing a sedimentation chamber at the rear of the boiler and a flue gas fan, the boiler is maintained at negative pressure, eliminating the risk of the flame returning to the dosing hopper or the door.
In case of increased pressure, the connection for a safety valve is located at the prescribed location, while the boiler is protected against elevated temperatures by the installation of a safety heat exchanger, which cools the boiler when necessary. The boiler body is insulated with mineral wool, and the boiler sheets are protected by painting and powder coating.
