The boiler was designed to be easy to use and maintain for all age groups. Thanks to the large, clear door, you have direct access to the combustion chamber. Cleaning is quick and easy: simply use a standard ash vacuum to remove the ash in seconds – effortlessly.
Operation is also incredibly simple. All important information is clearly displayed on the screen. With just a few button presses, you set your desired temperature – the boiler takes care of the rest automatically. No further settings are necessary.

Return period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the product. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns.
Product condition: The product must be unused and undamaged to be eligible for a return. It should be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and labels.
Return procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department by phone or email. Our staff will be happy to assist you and explain the necessary steps for the return.
Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase price. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
